Growthology Agency Refund Policy

Renzo and the rest of the team at Growthology Agency want you to win. This program has created multiple 6-figure students and helped countless others quit their jobs and make a full-time income working as coaches.
Looking at our clients who succeed the most and the fastest (including Renzo when he was first getting started), a common trend is that the payment was a big stretch for them.

It’s part of the reason this program is more expensive than others in the industry – it works. But more than that, we’ve found that the bigger the investment for you, the more likely you are to implement everything Renzo teaches, and thus the more likely you are to succeed.

Due to the nature of our services, which include: downloadable videos, digital documents, tools, and/or streaming videos, online memberships and subscriptions, live events, and client interactions (both online and face-to-face), unless otherwise stated, all fees payable and due are non-refundable.

In the event that you decide Growthology Agency was not the right decision and you are unable to achieve results, contact our support team, showing us you actually did the work by submitting ALL the work that you completed. We will review it and attempt to help guide you back on the right path in our weekly live Q&A sessions. 

If we cannot help you solve the issue and achieve results, only then will you be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed assignments before 11:59pm EST on the 30th day following your first payment. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary.

If you just watch and download the training material (pdfs, audios, videos etc), and then promptly ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

In addition, no refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of first payment. There will be no exceptions. If you opted for a payment plan, all payments must be completed. You may not cancel part way through. This is done to avoid fraud.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to implement the system, and get their money back in the rare event that they don’t see results. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material and then ask for a refund shortly after. It also wasn’t designed to give people the opportunity to give up on themselves by quitting before even trying properly.

In the event that you opted for a payment plan, and the payment plan is not completed on time, we will pursue it with a collection agency until the entire payment plan is paid. Additional fees and fines might apply in this instance.

Furthermore, if it is clear that your assignments are incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.

This refund policy only applies to Growthology Agency (not other ‘done for you’ services, 1:1 coaching or consulting). The sales for all other products and services offered by Growthology Agency are final.

In the event that you pay using PayPal, this refund policy does not cover PayPal's buyer protection. You will first and always contact us first before escalating to PayPal to make sure we are helping and serving you in the best way possible. If you ask for a refund, and it is denied (for the reasons stated above), but then you escalate to PayPal, your refund will also be denied and you will waive your rights to PayPal’s buyer protection. Additional fees and fines might apply in this case.
